How do you contribute to the whole?

The SQA Officer ensures the supply of raw and packaging materials complying with the company Quality Standards in within the supplier portfolio, warehouses, and production sites assigned to her/him by auditing suppliers, following up on non-conformances, and enhancing their ability to continuously improve their performance.

What are the team counting on you for?

• Provide input into the selection process for potential new raw and packaging material suppliers for company business and verification of alternative raw/packaging materials and suppliers.

• Supplier quality assurance in line with standards and guidelines and best practices for low and medium-risk suppliers, incl. technical supplier and warehouse reviews and visits, audits, escalation point for exception closure.

• Provide input for new material qualifications.

• Exception coordination and closure for assigned Sites and suppliers.

• SQA representative and key contact for dedicated Sites.

• Key User for relevant Systems. 

• Drive improve quality management processes and lead/support relevant.

 

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent.

• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in driving continuous improvement projects with a multi-functional team.

• Experience in quality management or sound technical expertise demonstrated through internships and projects.

• Fluent in English (common language with the professional manager) and Hungarian, other language skills a plus.
