At Mars, we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Customer Service Assistant & Hold and Release Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics and operations team at the Bokros Petcare factory.

In this dual-impact role, you will be at the heart of our outbound supply network and quality assurance governance. You will manage seamless outbound dispatch operations to global markets and co-manufacturing partners while serving as a key operational champion for quality release statuses, digital ERP systems (Atlas/SAP, PDLS), and process optimization.

What are the team counting on you for?

As Customer Service Assistant (Outbound Logistics):

• Export & Supply Execution: Plan, coordinate, and organize direct and indirect export transportations of finished goods and semi-finished products.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the operational bridge between the Bokros warehouse, factory operations, external warehouses, 4PL logistics partners, freight forwarders, central planning teams, and sequencers.

• Performance Excellence: Deliver and monitor core business KPIs (Customer Service Level [CSL], truck utilization, exception rate, inventory levels) aligned with Compelling Business Needs (CBN).

• Daily Dispatch Operations: Manage day-to-day outbound dispatch workflows with operators, shipping teams, and external storage facilities.

• Customer Care: Investigate, process, and resolve market complaints efficiently to ensure premium customer satisfaction

As Hold and Release Coordinator (Quality & Systems):

• Quality & Inventory Governance: Supervise product inventory and warehouse locations within scope, executing quality decisions, holds, and releases in enterprise systems with utmost compliance.

• System & Process Optimization: Drive operational efficiency projects and support the implementation of new supply chain processes, business systems, and global digital upgrades.

• Testing & Knowledge Management: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for global system enhancements; create, audit, and maintain accessible training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Regional QiD Key User Network: Actively represent Bokros within the European QiD (Quality in Delivery) key user network, sharing best practices and participating in community workshops.

• Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate period-end closing supply chain reports and governance documentation.

What do you need for this role?

• Education: High school diploma required; college/university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering is an advantage.

• Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on administrative or operational experience utilizing SAP or other enterprise ERP systems.

• 1–2 years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Manufacturing environments.

• Experience with user testing, SOP documentation, and change management activities.

• Language Skills: Conversational / business-level English (both written and verbal) and fluent Hungarian.

• Technical Skills: High computer literacy, strong analytical mindset, solid understanding of end-to-end process workflows, and ERP software key-user background.​
